About TBM tunneling, both rail transportation mucking and continuous conveyor mucking, it is always taking a long time to carry on secondary lining after tunneling completed,and not consistent with the new Austrian tunneling method principle, not conducive to the safety of construction, not meet the requirements of construction period shortening. Therefore, combined with the construction practice of West Qinling tunnel, it studied synchronous construction of open TBM and secondary lining in the case of continuous conveyor mucking, and has been used successfully.The main contents include TBM tunneling construction technology,small side wall construction technology, secondary lining construction technology and coordination between them.The main contents include:(1)Develop synchronous lining trolley applicable. Synchronous lining trolley has been developed, applied to the tunnel of west Qinling Mountains, and has achieved good results.(2)When the TBM is tunneling, second synchronous is lining, the central casting technology of small side wall for lining trolley is also in the process of construction at the same time. The setting of small side wall for lining trolley,considering the structure of permanent tunnel lining, in ensuring the premise of trolley traveling,reduce costs, avoid to rework and repetitive operation.(3)Synchronous lining waterproof board laying trolley design and process improvement. Laying waterproof board, also need to solve the problem of the continuous belt conveyor and pipeline in passing through, design and manufacture applicable and simple trolley on the base of lining trolley, And formed construction process of a rapid operation, convenient moving, in favor of passing through pipeline and continuous belt machine.(4)Forming a method and generalized it. Summing up the experience in the west of Qinling Mountains tunnel and formed a method, to promote it in tunnel construction; Combining with the characteristics of different projects continue tooptimize the adjustment of synchronous lining trolley, waterproof board laying trolley, small side wall construction technology, Optimization of continuous conveyor mucking of open TBM tunneling and synchronous lining process, so as to meet the new requirements of the project.Research on the key issues of the project to realize synchronous lining need to address the possible solutions, detailed technical indicators and boundary conditions,repeated discussions and comparative analysis of programs, and ultimately determine the synchronous lining construction scheme and design scheme of synchronous lining trolley, and further refinement scheme implementation details later in the trolley debugging and continuous belt conveyor installation process, and solved the problem that has not yet been successful applied technical problem In the world For the first time eventually,created the precedent construction in this field in the domestic.
