In the increasingly competitive era of globalization, city cluster has gradually become the basic geographical unit to participate in the global competition and the basic division of labor, also be an important platform to show the national economic strength and competitiveness.Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations is located in China’s southwest border area, which has very favorable geographical conditions and resource conditions. Under the background of Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations has been set as a key development zone in 2008 and the establishment of the ASEAN free-trade area, Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations has got rapid and great economic development, which made the regional competitiveness and the urbanization continuous be progressed. Aong with the international cooperation initiative of OBAOR by prisident and inplementing the development framework of "Dual core driven " in Guangxi, the Nouth Bay city Group would get morenew vitality and development prospects. Based on this background, the paper has researched the space structure of Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations, which want to find the problem of Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations’development by the character of spatial structure of Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations, and then further think about how to develop the economy more efficiency by optimizing the city agglomeration development the integration of spatial structure of Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations during the new normal of China economy-The slowdown in economic growth.The analysis of this paper is based on the basic theory of spatial structure of City Cluster, which from the four aspects of population, economy, function, intercity connection to detailed Analysis the current situation of population spatial structure in the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations by using the fractal theory and the first index, principal component analysis, the Nelson standard deviation method, gravity model, GIS software and other measurement methods or tools.
