| When the train arrives at the inspection operation field and is examined and repaired, as the demand of train inspection standard work, the distribution of inspectors in the operation area are relatively dispersed. Therefore, the specific position of workers, execution of operation and movement trajectory information etc. are difficult to be achieved and accurately controlled; these would impact the real- time control of workers in the operation area and standard operation of dynamic visualization monitoring.Therefore, we put forward a visual monitoring system of train inspection operation field which is used by improved LANDMARC positioning algorithm on the basis of RFID technology. And the system consists of three modules— visual monitoring for workers operation field, real-time dynamic display for operation process, and staff information management. It can effectively identify and display the specific location of workers in the work area, accurately locate the moving path of staffs, strengthen the mutual control security of labors, realize effective monitoring of works in working area to standardized work.Mainly completed the following work :(1) Combining with the characteristics of train inspection operation field and requirements of this system hardware and software are designed. Each major functions of the visual monitoring system of train inspection operation field are tested, and reach the goal and correlate functions of the original system design.(2) By means of introducing and analyzing common positioning technologies, characteristics of train inspection operation and working procedure, we confirm the RFID based technology as the foundation of visual monitoring system. Through the analysis and comparison of positioning technology based on RFID show that LAN DMARC algorithm is more suitable to be used in the visual monitoring system of train inspection operation field. With expounding the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm based on the combination of the actual site, we bring forward the improved algorithm of LANDMARC.(3) With analyzing the most important part of train inspection operation field based on the field test, correction effect of RSSI, arrangement of reader and parameter setting of reference tags are tested. Comparing to the original algorithm, improved LANDMARC positioning algorithm is more suitable for train inspection operation field, it makes real-time positioning of workers in the area of operation and motion track of the system be more accurate, and better solve the faction of workers positioning and real-time dynamic display operation steps in the visual monitoring system of train inspection operation field. It is according with the beginning of the design analysis of the positioning deviation in the visual monitoring system of train inspection operation field and provides the guarantee of good running for other functions of the system.The characteristics of the system are simple operation, friendly interface, strong compatibility, and can perfectly connect with other railway operation management software, strengthens mutual control around workers in the operation process, improves the work quality and efficiency. |
