Research And Application Of Data Analysis And Management System For The Construction Monitoring Of Tunnel

With more and more of long tunnels have been built, the information design and construction has become the inevitable trend of the development of tunnel and underground engineering, it gives more and more high request of monitoring measurement of tunnel construction.On design and construction of tunnel under the background of information technology,it is imminent to rapid increase the level of tunnel monitoring technology, data analysis and processing, information automation, intelligent management. In this paper, aiming at the existing problems in our country’s tunnel monitoring in data analysis and information management aspect carries out the research.(1) This paper has carried on in-depth analysis and discussion for the functional requirements of tunnel monitoring system,summarizes eight kinds of functional requirements of tunnel monitoring system, formulates the overall framework and development process of tunnel monitoring system, the function module is divided into seven module, including project management, data, graphics rendering, control criteria, data analysis and processing, forecasting and discrimination, report generation.The author uses the VB 6.0 programming language and Access database to develop easy-to-use of the tunnel monitoring data analysis and information management system. The system can serve the storage, management, image display, print and output, forecast, forecast system of the mass monitoring data, documents, images, topographic and geologic data in the project construction period and the operation period, and provides the report automatic generation, multicondition combination query, tunnel log, tunnel face advancing distance query and other functions of tunnel monitoring corresponding.(2)This paper has carried on comprehensive summary and analysis for tunnel monitoring measurement technology, introduces the meaning and methods of information construction, and detailed introduces the modeling theory of several commonly used methods of monitoring data analysis and the solving process of related parameters, summarizes ten kinds of commonly used regression mathematical model and realizes program, provides a reliable protection for the tunnel monitoring data more accurate and quick analysis and the prediction of the surrounding rock and supporting structure development trend.(3) This paper has carried on the deformation control criteria of tunnel, establishes a set of practical judgment and prediction criterion for the monitoring system, analyses and researches the information feedback of the surrounding rock and supporting structure under different conditions, gives effective support to guide the construction, optimizes design,ensures the safety of the tunnel construction.(4) This paper uses tunnel monitoring measurement data analysis and information management system, has carried on analysis and processing of the displacement monitoring data in Guanshan tunnel entrance section, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the stability of surrounding rock and the effect of the supporting structure, the practical application shows that the overall planning and architecture of the software system is scientific and reasonable, the function and the operation is convenient and practical, has a high value of application and promotion.
