| Monitoring measurement to the scene is an important component of new technology of tunnel construction. How to deal with, analysis of monitoring information and determine the rock and the tunnel support structure of the security to optimize the design and protect the security has an important role. This article take the Qinling Zhongnanshan highway tunnel project as a backing, had the problem in view of the present stage tunnel construction monitoring in data processing and the application aspect to carry out the research.(1) Through the tunnel monitor system's investigation, uses the VB6.0 language and the EXCEL database to develop easy-to-use of the Tunnel Monitoring Data Analysis Processing Software.With the capabilities of data input, management and applications, has implemented the calculation of future visualization interface and monitoring information stored in a combination of back-end database; Summarizes several commonly used curvilinear regression type; according to the development trend of curves, combined with judgment criterion for the timely identification of surrounding rock of stability and support the effect of early detection of problem for a correct decision-making, ensure safety.(2) Has carried on the scene monitoring gauging to the portal on-site of Qinling Zhongnanshan highway tunnel, the application developmented monitoring data software, to the east and west tunnel entrance section construction monitoring data processing and analysis, and has carried on the appraisal to the rock and the support structure's stability.(3) Uses the MIDAS/GTS analysis software, has carried on the computation to the tunnel entrance section construction process, the computed result and the scene monitor data's software analysis result has carried on the contrast confirmation.Through the practical application of engineering, the system can make it easier and quicker to carry out the data processing and analysis, evaluate to the stability of surrounding rock, has proven the planning and framework's rationality, has a higher application value. |
