Automated warehouse is a high-tech intensive integration of Electromechanical product which is a set of information, storage, management and control. With the continuous development of logistics technology, traditional storage technology can not meet the needs of users and it is proposed for high efficiency, high reliability, low cost and high practicability.Under this background, we design the management and supervisory control system of the automated warehouse in order to help it do better.At first, the article adopts C/S system structure mode, the database was established based on SQL Server 2005, warehouse management system is developed in Visual Basic 6.0. The management system of automated warehouse is composed of different function modules, including information management, warehousing operations, inventory analysis and information interchange. We also research the storage space allocation strategy and storage scheduling and build the repository and its rules. The forward reasoning mechanism is established, accordingly the loading and unloading scheduling optimization is completed based on expert system, making the management system combined with expert system and the efficiency improved. In addition, we design and calculate the parameter of inventory optimization by analysing the Harris EOQ inventory model and building cost of inventory batch elastic model and Harris mass elastic model, so provide a basis for enterprises to maintain a reasonable inventory. Based on configuration software Win CC, we establish a storehouse supervisory control system and achieve a real-time monitoring to the next run, status display, fault alarm, data archiving, user management, and other functions, ensuring the reliability of warehouse operation. And then we complete the communication design by ODBC and PPI protocol and S7-200 OPC Server, making the information interaction smooth and reliable between different systems. Finally, we debug and test the operation condition of the management and supervisory control system through the automatic warehouse in the laboratory and verify that the system is automated warehouse applications feasibility and rationality of the line.
