With the continuous development of China’s logistics industry,especially in the last few years,it is impossible to imagine the trend because of the rapid development,the online merchants are able to promote the heat to a higher demand.Automatic warehouse as an indispensable storage equipment for logistics industry also has come into being,the height of the stacker needs to reach 40 meters to 50 meters,the speed and accuracy also need to be further enhanced.In view of my internship experience in Dematic International Trading(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.This paper is based on the construction requirements of the Dematic logistics center,have a design research on the mechanical structure and control system for the stacker in automatic warehouse,the basic design framework is obtained.Mainly including the following contents:(1)The overall design of the automatic warehouse and the stacker is studied,and the basic design framework is given.On the aspect of control,use PLC,inverter and other auxiliary equipment to achieve functional requirements.(2)According to the technology and standard of the logistics design,the key structure of the stacker has been designed,get a innovative design for the structure by using the AutoCAD 2D design software.(3)Fully taking into account the structure adjustment of the stacker,the use of the stacker in the future,easy to find the problem in time,in case the primary fails.At the same time,the design of the buffer device on both sides of the track,the use of advanced hydraulic buffer for the stacker has played a better protective effect.In the analysis of the loading condition of the stacker,the principle of the structure design follows the design standard of FEM 9.311.(4)The leading devices including laser distance,BPS34,absolute rotary encoder are used for position control in horizontal direction,vertical direction and the fork telescoping direction,all can realize the closed-loop control system.They are more accurate and stable.Stacker safety controller design using Banner safety controller SC22-3,can easily replace multiple security control modules by using a single controller,to ensure that the system is more secure,reliable,simple and easy to operate.(5)Research on control network system,which is composed of enterprise level,unit level,field level and AS-I level.MPI,industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS field bus run through the whole network.Using S7-300 PLC as stacker core control,which is applied to STEP7 V5.5 software,SIMATIC Manager has many strong and rich features.The control system network is composed of PLCs,the corresponding inverter,HIM,ET200 S module,laser ranging,lifting barcode reader,fork position encoder,infrared communication and PC control.(6)According to the actual control demand of stacker,using the configuration software WinCC to design the human-machine interface,through the image editor to design vivid monitoring pictures,including control system login,real-time alarm monitoring,warehouse monitoring,transportation line and user login system etc.In this paper,the overall design of the stacker frame can provide a reliable model and reference for enterprise construction.Particularly suitable for the frequent transport of small goods and have large capacity.It’s beneficial to the development of large automatic warehouse in the future.
