Based On BIM Technology Project Construction Management Research

The overall scale of China’s construction industry, but technology has been very low, low labor productivity, compared with the development of other industries, such as machinery manufacturing industry is relatively lagging behind.Put forward the eighteenth congress "to promote industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization synchronous development" requirement, for construction,the traditional industry, how to use information technology to drive the traditional construction level, improve the current situation of the development of construction industry, the scientific management, to achieve resource conservation, production of the purpose of efficient has become a top priority. This paper applies advanced BIM technology which is widely used in construction, and the approval of the state, to analyze the domestic application of BIM technology present situation and the development obstacle, the application of BIM technology promotion put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the future.I combined with BIM technology application in a hangzhou project construction management practice case, draw lessons from foreign policy system and the application of BIM technology experience, analysis the development situation of BIM technology, through the BIM technology application in the project construction management research, combined with the analysis of the cooperated-builing parties investigation questionnaire, BIM is summarized in the promotion of all difficulties and obstacles in the process of application of BIM technology in our country related Suggestions are put forward.Paper changes from the original single construction main body(the construction of the party/owner/design, etc.) single Angle to study, by integrating the power of the cooperated-builing parties jointly promote the BIM technology comprehensive application in the project construction management.From the BIM technology application in the project construction management objectives, implementation plans,security system, implementation process, implementation effect research on the application practice in five aspects, for solving the related problems on the construction and management of BIM technology evaluation, summarize BIMtechnology in the use of technology in the process of achievement.In this paper, the research results show that the:(1)BIM technology practice cooperated-builing fragmented, broke the past project is given priority to with individual behavior, integrate the cooperated-builing parties strength, by the owner, contractor, supervision party three parties jointly and service to establish cooperation relationship, plus the cooperated-builing parties based on BIM technology to establish a unified goal, unity cooperation sharing platform, unified BIM software for data sharing information transmission, to establish an integrated process oriented project team organization.Risk-sharing,benefit sharing between the parties, in order to realize the overall objective of maximizing the overall value of the project.(2)Through the project in the application of BIM technology in the process of construction management, suggests that BIM technology has obvious advantages,relevant to the project engineering management has brought a new set of project management mode, the new model is different from the previous method, make the engineering data more transparent, data statistics to find more convenient, also the efficiency of data be doubled, for safety, quality, progress, investment and other aspects of the management control play an important role.(3)Verified by project implementation of BIM technology can achieve various information data sharing, multi-angle analysis statistic, beneficial help to the construction site management.Combining questionnaire survey of the cooperated-builing parties, BIM technology is summarized in the difficulties and obstacles in the process of promoting the application of BIM technology promotion put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the future.
