Combined with the high-speed Xingtai city Xi Huan Xing Fen connected line stake to K3+500~K4+500 section in the engineering application, from the construction technology of materials properties,design of mix proportion,the construction technology,construction quality management are analyzed and discussed.Various raw materials through the fiber sealing layer characteristics analysis and discussion of testing index,so as to determine the selection of raw materials.Perspective from the technical characteristics and the road of basalt fiber and glass fiber performance etc, analysis and comparison of the basalt fiber in the surface microscopic characteristics, mechanical properties, adsorption of asphalt performance and water resistance properties, heat resistance and chemical stability and so on are better than glass fiber, thus it is concluded that the research object of this topic fiber and its using performance index is evaluated.In the study of fiber seal design of experimental testing method, by different dosage of emulsified asphalt and the structure of the fiber dosage of sealing layer depth test,the wet wheel rolling wheel abrasion test,load test,the rutting deformation test and mechanics test, the change trend of each index.Through analysis to obtain the following conclusions;in fiber seal mixture test experiment,fiber seal abrasion value,adhesion sand respectively with emulsified asphalt dosage, the dosage of fiber relationship curve is not a simple relationship of monotonically decreasing, but the best value.When the emulsified asphalt content is 1.75 ㎏/ ㎡ fiber seal rutting resistance and abrasion resistance performance of the best. In the emuslsified asphalt content is 1.9 3 ㎏/㎡,fiber dosage is 73 g/㎡ minimum value when the adhesion sand.Control fiber dosage is constant,with the increase of dosage of emulsified asphalt,mechanical properties increased to different extent,and the rutting resistance decreased.If emulsified asphalt content is constant,with the increase of dosage of fiber,abrasion resistance, resistan ce to sliding also increased to different extent, and the mechanical properties decreased.According to the on-site test road paving,the construction method of fiber seal technology,quality inspection standards and economy are analyzed,the actual construction provides some experience for the future and technical guidance.
