| Heavy Load Transportation is one of the main direction in the world railway development. The development of Railway Heavy Load Transportation in our country benefits from the advanced experience of foreign railway heavy-load transportation, and pays attention to combining the road to realize independent innovation. After several years of effort, has achieved remarkable results in practice. The rapid development of heavy-load transportation improves the railway transport capacity and brings economic benefits, but the increase of train axle load and marshalling has brought serious influence in the railway bridge repair. At present, the emergency steel girder reserves were mostly developed decades ago, whose limited load is determined by the demand and the development of science and technology at that time, therefore, the repair steel beam used for overloading bridge repair, may arise problems such as insufficient bearing capacity.In order to ensure the security and efficient running of railway, play the potential of existed repair steel beam to the greatest extend, recalculate mechanical behavior of the existed repair steel beam according to the current specifications and large axle load transportation condition, and do some analysis and research of the results. Analyze the mechanical characteristics of steel beam in the current live load and different axle load, and provide technical support for fixing safely in current existing and the overload railway bridges, offer emergency guarantee for the development of heavy rail.Based on the general atlas of repairing railway Bridges, take the repair steel beam – demountable truss girder as the research object, and make a thorough study of truss beam by using the ANSYS software: First of all, based on the finite element theory and the characteristics of demountable truss girder, using the parametric language APDL provided by large finite element software ANSYS, establish a scientific, accurate parameterized model of demountable truss girder in different spans and structure forms.Then on the basis of the load diagram of original design load,live load and different axle load, inflicts the load on truss beam, make the analysis of strength, stiffness, stability and modal structure of truss beams in the ANSYS software, check the results based on technical rules of rush work of railway bridge.In addition, through the calculation of internal force of demountable truss girder, analyze each kind of weak parts and stress difference of the girder in different spans and structure forms,get mechanical property of mechanical performance, provide technical support for overloaded railway bridge repair in the future. |
