Since the pipeline installation occupies a crucial position in nuclear power plant construction, how to improve the level of pipeline installation management, while ensuring that nuclear power construction project’s quality and safety, it will be a great challenge. The nuclear power construction enterprises need to start the work of multi-projects construction under this background.The paper main research that piping installation managed with 4D visualization technique in domestic nuclear power plant construction area. The main contents of the study such as: to build nuclear power plants dimensional model of domestic designed by engineering institute, publishing drawings of the nuclear island and conventional island portion of the pipeline, to create and publish 4D visualization pipeline installation work packages, show virtual animation pipeline installation process. The purpose of the study is to show that the labor, materials, drawings and other resources with the nuclear power plant model is automatically linked to each other, to load the visualization work packages for construction site use. Finally, it will realize that human, financial, material and information resources managed efficient, to achieve professional construction management functions, to be managed by pipeline installation with 4D visualization techniques.Building 4D visualization pipeline installation management platform has far-reaching and significant meaning. Nuclear power plant’s piping installation will be managed by 4D visualization techniques, which will greatly improve nuclear power construction enterprise resource optimization and integration capabilities, intensive management and control capabilities, precision build capacity while provide project managers scientific, accurate and timely decision making, and ultimately enhance the construction of nuclear power installation process management, high-tech drive the future development of nuclear power. |
