With rapidly urbanizing, spatial structure of urban traditional ultra-high density single-center is changing. Business circles as a vital form of business organization, has a strong dependence to regional conditions. And transportation is an important factor affecting of regional conditions. With the rapid development of China’s rail transit, as a special way to the city, how subway affect the urban commercial activities, becoming commercial location new issues. This study will provide theoretical support for the promotion of urban business rationalization layout, and business circle play an active role in the city economy.Firstly,domestic and international related research results of he central place theory and TOD theory were reviewed. And study of on the related theories involve commercial structure evolution(commercial geography, retail theory, retail aggregat ion theory, etc.) and rail transit on the commercial impact,definite the role on urban Rail transit business integration and spatial evolution.Secondly, the city which has better urban rail transit construction was analyed. Summarizes the interaction between rail and urban commercial space structures. Formation and evolution of business circles is influenced by the location, planning proposals and other factors. These factors are involved in the business circle.,through differential rent mechanism, market supply and demand mechanism, gathering and diffusion mechanisms. While rail transport changes market brought factors(population living with the distribution, and the crowd travel characteristics), transport factor(conveniently degrees, the distance from the site), the competition factor(size and type of business development). It promote the formation and development of business circles, and promote changes in urban commercial space grade scale.Finally, Hefei, for example, research status of business development and rail transit construction. It introduces network planning and urban services orientation of Hefei rail transportation development, and analysis of commercial space structure surrounding Line One. In order to better play a facilitating role of urban rail transit and orderly development of commercial space, in the southern section of the article from the interception O ne line in Hefei, in central and northern sections of the three sections Area for the study. The paper selects market factors(population density, the surrounding land and the number of stores such as five secondary indicators), transport factors(four secondary indicators convenient transfer degrees and 15 minutes commuting ring, etc.) and competitive factors(around the size and type of business). Business competitiveness surrounding the site of three lots were to evaluate with the three factors. For the evaluation results, it proposed different optimization path and measures to the development of commercial space structure of the three lots. The development of commercial center circle, was more specialized and more comprehensive. The development of residential district, was more popularity and convenience. The development of Hefei commercial space structural, is scientification and prosperityly.
