With the rapid development of national economy, the construction of large-scale and complex engineering projects increases day by day.In recent years,high-formwork system has been more and more applied in construction industry but they has the characteristics of diversity, complexity and high-risk.Therefore, stress analysis on high-formwork system during construction has important theoretical significance and practical value.The study was started with research on key technologies of cantilevered structure high carriage body. Using Yangtze-crossing Campaign Memorial Project as an example, the stability of steel under condition one, two, three, four and numerical simulation analysis was made on cantilevered structure high carriage body. Basic stability performance and force condition was also analyzed.Key technologies of large-span girder high carriage body were also researched in the paper. Using Yangtze-crossing Campaign Memorial Project as an example again, the stability and numerical simulation analysis was made on large-span girder high carriage body. Stability performance and overall force condition was also analyzed.Site monitoring program of Yangtze-crossing Campaign Memorial Project was summarized in the paper. Principles and methods of construction monitoring of cantilevered structure high carriage body and large-span girder high carriage body were separately discussed and simulation analysis of the whole construction process was researched. Monitoring was focused on key parts, and the monitoring results were compared and analyzed with the simulation results. The feasibility of simulation of each component’s force condition and the importance of construction monitoring were validated.Study of stability and mechanical properties of high formwork system was done further through this paper, providing a reference for the future implementation of similar structures.
