Highways has extended in all directions and logistics industry changed constantly with the rapid development of China’s economy.The van’s share has been rising continuously in the road transport vehicles by its excellent performance.The wingspan van has a huge space for development based on that has all the advantages of the vans,which both sides of the wing and the back door of the wingspan van can be opened fully for more efficient loading and unloading.On the other hand,because of the serious environment pollution,by optimal designing the wingspan van,we can reduce the wingspan van’s weight,the fuel consumption,the pollutant emissions,reduce the sales price,save the cost of production and improve the wingspan van’s market competitiveness.In recent years,Aluminum Alloy materials have developed quickly.Some kinds of Aluminum Alloy materials have got close to the steel materials in physical property.At the same time,compared with the steel materials,Aluminum Alloy materials have advantages in specific gravity,plasticity,heat radiation,corrosion resistance and recovery value.It is significant to research the Aluminum Alloy materials wingspan van carriage to replace the carriage using steel materials.The wingspan van carriage which is designed by some company and our collage would be set as the research object.The carriage model is built and split by UG and HyperWorks.The optimization design method will be established based on the analysis result of Q235 materials carriage skeleton structure and Aluminum Alloy materials carriage skeleton structure.The improved carriage skeleton structure will be got through optimized the carriage skeleton structure.The analysis result show that the improved carriage skeleton structure meet the design requirements in strength,stiffness,vibration characteristics.the lightweight effect is obvious.The optimization design about the wingspan van carriage achieves good results.
