With the development of the economy and construction in21st century, more andmore new styles buildings appeared. These new styles buildings not only meet the needfor various functions or new styles, but also make the structures of the buildings becomemore and more variety and complicated. The large-span cantilevered structure, which isdeveloped by this trend, will develop faster with the growing of the economy andconstruction. As a kind of high-rise building, the large-span cantilevered structurebecomes more difficult in resisting wind-load and earthquake. With the increasingheight of the high-rise building, the construction becomes more and more difficult. Mostof the construction technology is for reinforced-concrete structure, but with thedevelopment of the steel structure and the steel-concrete mixed structure, theconstruction technology becomes more complicated and variety. Those make it moredifficult to construct a large-span cantilevered structure. In this article, author analysesconstruction problem for large-span cantilevered structure according to the Rafflessquare T5tower project. And the construction technology is described in details.With the analyses of the construction feature, the construction plan, theconstruction process stimulation analyses and the affect to the construction process, thisarticle found out the construction method to this program. And furthermore, accordingto the stimulation analyses and calculate, this article found out the parameters to eachphase of the construction process. By researching the Raffles square T5tower project,this article discussed the construction calculate method to this kind of construction. Thisarticle also indicated the items of monitoring, which including the loads of construction,the displacement and the strain of structure, the material characteristics and thetemperature.By designing the erecting order and process measure of steel structures to ensureconstruction quality and safety.In rebar engineering respect,resolving problem of rebardrill through profiled bar. Selecting bottom formwork and side formwork with reasonensure rigidity and strength of formwork, designing jointing temporary supportingsystem and bolt reliability ensure whole reliability and stability. Selecting formworkcovers ensure the as-cast finish concrete.Using simulation analysis software i.e. finite element software SAP2000to findout the construction method and process.With the cooperation of theoretical value and measured value, perfect the construction process stimulation analyses, and to find out aneffective conclusion.
