With the rapid development of automobile industry, the technology has become increasingly mature, its research gradually from car performance to car’s energy saving and emission reduction. Now, the car mainly use compression refrigeration and air conditioning system, the type air conditioning consumption power of the automobile engine is about 10%, so the air conditioning system will not only increase the fuel consumption,also increase exhaust emission from cars. And the other a set of data shows that:the effective thermal efficiency of the car engine is not more than 40%, which means more than more than 50% of the calorific value of fuel engine circulation cooling water and discharge of tail gas. So the recovery and utilization of this part of the waste heat to drive the refrigeration system, can achieve the goal of driving indoor refrigeration, can achieve the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection.Use of automobile waste heat cooling way with absorption, adsorption, jet, this study will from the way of jet refrigeration, optimize the automobile waste heat jet refrigeration and air conditioning system research, the main content of this research:First of all, prove the feasibility of waste heat cooling applications in the car. The specific heat of a small car, main engine cooling water heat calculation, and then according to the calculated heat load of jet refrigeration and air conditioning refrigerating capacity, actual required refrigerating capacity matching with cars.Second, the optimization of cooling. Compare a variety of cooling performance, the establishment of jet refrigeration system analysis and working medium thermal physical property calculation model, select the most suitable for jet refrigeration system of refrigerant.Third, the injector structure optimization. Inside the injector with large computational fluid dynamics software Fluent fluid mixing process in numerical simulation of the analysis of characteristics of injector of various geometric parameters on the ejector performance, the influence of binary cubic spline interpolation method is used to solve the optimal structure parameters.Finally, optimize the structure of jet refrigeration system research, supercharger, introduced in the system, in order to improve the performance of the whole system. In addition, our study of the turbocharger USES the exhaust turbocharger, with the engine exhaust gas as the power source of the supercharger, further achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
