The automobile air conditioning systems are getting more and more important for the automobile, the international automobile market is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to obtain market to produce cheap, safe, comfortable and low-emission vehicles is the major target for vehicle manufacturers. Motor vehicle air-conditioning systems as a comfort impact of one of the main factors, the auto market has become one of the major means of competition. The operation of greenhouse caused by Automobile air-conditioning gas emission is of 2 percent to 10 percent caused by the car exhaust pipe emissions, with the use of high-performance engine, the ratio gradually larger, the automobile energy conservation has also become attention focal point in various countries. As the automobile combustion efficiency is low, the massive energies are discharged to the atmosphere, It leads to not only waste of resources but also environmental pollution, An effective way to solve these problems is the bi-ejetor refrigeration system which can be actuated by the low-grade automobile waste heat.Therefore, The main contributions of the paper about bi-ejetor refrigeration system which is actuated by the automobile cooling waste heat are as follows:(1) As jet refrigeration system performance mainly depends on the choice of refrigerant,a simple model is made to analysis the refrigeration systemand calculate thermal properties,and compares the six non-polluting refrigerant on the impact of jet-type refrigeration system,at last we choose R600a as refrigerant of the jet-type refrigeration system.(2) Based on the one dimensional themal analysis and structure designing method, a model is made to calculate entrainment ratio ,the relationship between the operation parameter and the ejector performance and the designing structure was studied . design a gas jet for the bi-ejector refrigeration system which is actuated by the automobile cooling waste heat for the Medium bus ,whose seating capacity is 20 ~ 30 persons and the refrigeration quantity is 11.63 kW.(3)Analyse the fluid dynamics, establish a numerical simulation to use control equations, and turbulence of the equation and the volume of two-dimensional problem of the equationis derived.The numerical calculation method is given.(4) The ideal gas jet model is made ,use a large computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT to simulate the mixing process of supersonic fluid,and the relationship between the operational parameter and the ejector performance was obtained. Meanwhile ,the ejector structure size was optimized to its optimum value.
