Study On Three Link Quality Management In Highway Project

Quality management is the core of the communication engineering construction. But the nonstandard transportation construction management, the lagging-behind management of construction enterprises, the poor quality control ability, and the instable construction quality contribute to engineering quality accidents,which brought great losses to the country, the people’s life and the property.In this paper, the writer, taking the Luqiao A project as an example, analyzes the specific circumstances of the quality management of the transportation construction project, established the three-step framework of quality management for the company (pre-quality management, during-quality management,post-quality management), and uses the framework to analyze the factors influencing the quality of the project, and puts forward some solutions to the problem. The three steps were well applied in the Luqiao A project construction management.Based on the Three-step quality management framework, the A project established and strictly carried out the quality management system to implement the whole process of quality control of construction project. From the aspects of making quality control plan, designing the quality management system, setting the quality control point, inspecting the process, assessing the quality, using incentive measures and so on, the A project put forward the measures to control the quality of the project. By applying PDCA cycle in the project, we improved our quality management and achieved our goal of the quality control.The three steps were well applied in the Luqiao A project construction management.
