| Construction elevator is a common construction machinery in architecture,the paper understands and outlines of the technologies exists and shortcomings and deficiencies in manual operation, failure-prone and high labor intensity of the common construction elevator.The paper summarized the direction of construction elevator development towards floor information wireless communications,video surveillance and the automatic control through combining development status and technical characteristics of the worldwide. It summarized the working principle of the construction elevator and the structure and function of mechanical structure,such as safety catch,elevator car,standard section,electrical control cabinet, limit switches, overweight alarm and power motor.The paper describes the design principle and theory of the safety protection system.Studied the optimized scheduling method of construction elevator car based on studying the mechanical structure and electrical control systems.The paper summarized the construction elevator needs and characteristics, analyzed the construction scheduling status of the elevator car, studied the parallel scheduling principles of construction lifts even conducted a detailed analysis for the algorithms of the parallel scheduling principles of construction lifts and gives the calculation basis.Based on the study of scheduling algorithm the paper carried out a detailed design to the control monitoring system hardware and software of the construction elevator. The hardware system design includes the hardware design of the whole construction elevator monitoring system,floor calling device design of construction elevator and floor calling device emission terminals design.System software design, including the contents of calling device software design, the elevator car receiver controller wireless communication software design, PLC elevator controller software design and other aspects.Finally applying LABVIEW software composed surveillance video monitoring software realized the remote monitoring of construction elevator and identification of elevator operators,achieved the automatic control and remote monitoring of construction elevator, realized the function of the elevator boot operator identification and so on. At the same time, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of hardware and software design,built a automatic control and monitoring system model of construction elevator in the lab.Through the model further validated the feasibility of the system, realized the automatic control of construction elevator, and achieved remote video monitoring capabilities of the construction of lifts. |
