| With the rapid development of the common trunk highways utilities and the large scale construction of major and middle rehabilitation in Hunan province, the road network is becoming more national. With the increase of maintenance mileage, maintenance pressure of the highway management department increasing, pavement maintenance also put forward higher requirements for maintenance decision-making. Because the main part of common trunk highways had constructed for a long time, complex maintenance history, the existence of a wide variety of pavement structure, it caused serious interference with the manger’s scientific decision. Therefore, in order to accurately predict pavement performance, to determine the time of arterial highway maintenance, to predict the maintenance of the arterial highway’s pavement and to make decision about related technology research in Hunan province, the main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Select several ordinary trunk highway with a typical representative that across several districts and prefectures in the province and do investigation analysis of disease. Then summarize the distribution characteristics of various diseases and analyze the causes of typical disease combined with the practice situation of Hunan province maintenance.(2)In order to overcome the traditional limitations of traditional basing on experts’sections divided experience, considering the wide linear distribution, the road damage mechanism’s complexity and varying degrees of disease characteristics of common trunk highways in Hunan province, this article introduces the fuzzy mathematical theory to clustering and selects pavement structural strength, smoothness, skid resistance and road damage as statistical indicators. Divide the sections of maintenance by using of fuzzy clustering analysis method and achieve the accuracy of clustering calculation.(3)Determined the prediction model of decay of pavement performance closely related to the common trunk highways maintenance reality in Hunan province. Considering the current situation that trunk road maintenance’s historical data is insufficient,modify the parameter α and β in the forecasting model respectively. Basing on the decay of pavement performance under the influence of pavement deflection does the derivation of the relevant formulas.Then accord to the results of derivation to correct parameter a. As for the correction of β, it is modified by using adaptive tracking method. At last, the pavement performance decay curve and pavement performance of the actual decay curves modified before and after are compared and analyzed to prove the feasibility of the parameter modification method.(4)Optimizing the evaluation index of ordinary highway pavement damage condition, put forward three indicators including road damage rate,road repair rate, pavement structural strength to determine the time of varying degrees of maintenance. In addition,establish a single index standard applied for determine the time, introduce triangle whitening weight function in order to cluster evaluation of certain road. All of these ultimately determine which roads needed maintenance. |
