Start with October 1st, 2012, the government published and implemented a new road-toll policy which totally eliminates road charges of varied-size vehicles during national holidays. Thus, road trip becomes into a more frequent, convenient and reasonable choice for most tourism amateurs. This new traveling fashion transferred people’s attention from famous sightseeing into the development of suburb-countryside areas.Suburb-countryside areas gradually became into popular travel destinations so travel during long weekend, short road trip are more acceptable and welcomed. Therefore, many locals and customers choose to spend leisure time to visit, sightsee and entertain as suburb-countryside areas can take advantages of its surrounding main cities in terms of its market stableness, customer sources, resources, geographic location as well as transportation facilities. During the constant development of suburb-countryside areas, customers and shareholders both require a higher landscaping level which oftentimes triggers conflicts. Such as rural tourism landscape planning and design of good and bad, resulting in this phenomenon is mainly because the actual status of the rural tourism landscape planning and design has advanced in theory, leading to development is blind, so the study of rural tourism landscape planning and design is very necessary and has practical significance.The country as the basis, system discusses the characteristics of rural tourism landscape to create a method and on the development of rural tourism planning practices. In this paper according to two aspects carries on the analysis, interpretation and consolidation:1. Landscaping principals of countryside tourismThis article included examples which talked about landscape-designing principals and practical experiences focusing on countryside landscaping not only in domestic but international countryside-tourism industry, in order to conclude the final legitimate and practical landscaping idea. Also, by studying and analyzing through each example, the author summarized common issues during landscaping process but also the effective and practical solution depending on specific situation.2. Theory applicationThe author used Fu’ning, Hebei as one study object for landscape designing and planning in terms of countryside and town tourism. Moreover, the author applied previous studied and concluded theory and experience into reality, above that, discussing how to landscape local towns and countryside areas relative more practically and creatively.Through the solve tourist landscape planning and design of tourism demand as the goal, make the rural tourism landscape planning and design to achieve the harmonious unity of ecological, economic and social development, to further improve and explore the rural tourism landscape planning and design, to enhance our landscape integration between urban and rural areas through the construction of the tourism and tourism landscape.
