| In the digital society,the traditional mode of the Substation Automation System(SAS) is replaced by the digital mode gradually. In the SAS’s traditional mode, because of the lack of the consistant communication standard, the interoperability of the Intelligent Electronic Device(IED) provided by the different manufacturers is poor, so they can not realize automatic operation conformably. On this occation,the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC) made a decision that setting IEC61850 series standards, and the purpose of this decision is to realize the communicaiton of the IEDs provided by the different manufacturers.This paper analyses the IEC61850 series standards and research status at domestic and overseas primarily, summarizes the features and advantages of the IEC61850, and analyses the framework of the second edition of the IEC61850. On this basis, this paper discusses the basic method of configure process of SAS furtherly, and the discuss include the configure process of substation, system configure tool and IED configure tool. Among these, this paper analyses the details of Substation Configuration Language(SCL) emphatically.Based on the data model that the SCL defined, this paper designs and realizes an IED configure tool which use the development tools named Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and it elements. This IED configure tool provides an operate interface which is visual and friendly, and the edit and generate to the SCL document is convenient. At last, applying this configure tool to the real substation managed by an Electronic Company. The result of applyment indicate that the configure tool which designed by this paper is feasible,and it can generate IED description document which is complete and well-formed, and the document follows the IEC61850 standard. |
