With the rapid development of freezer industry, people put forward higher requirements for freezer working stability, convenience of management and use. Currently, using remote monitoring technology in freezer system has become an inevitable thing. In this thesis, we mainly study the freezer remote monitoring system combined with the smart technology. The system is mainly composed of mobile client, Web client, freezer master control board and backend server.The mobile client is based on the Android platform. It can achieve a lot of functions, including user login, view list of freezers, search freezers, scan QR Code, query operation record, check detail information of freezer, add problem record,SMS notification,and so on. In the process of realizing these functions, by using the open source framework Zxing of Google, we could quickly identify the freezer QR Code. Loading large amounts of data leading to the soft can’t be normally used. However, adopting sliding load of List View, View drawing and parse JSON data technology and so on, we can solve the above problems effectively.The Web client realizes the functions of malfunction alerting, viewing logs, and the management of equipments, departments, users and roles, and so on. The client uses the ZK framework which integrates the foreground and background together. Using the ZK’ binder, we realize the synchronization of foreground operation and background data processing. Furtherly, it can effectively improve data processing speed and response speed of the program.Connecting with freezer controller, touch-screen, mobile client and backend server, the freezer master control board realizes many functions, such as freezer control, monitoring and data processing. By using Servlet, SIP and DAO, the backend server can operate databases and handle the request of mobile client, Web client and freezer master control board.Through testing, we find that the freezer remote monitoring system works steadily and smoothly. By using this system, the user can control freezer, query the information of freezer, malfunction alarm, and manage the equipments, departments, users, and roles. Thus, using this system, the users will manage and use freezer more efficiently and reliably.
