Heart disease is a common disease,which is the main reason of disablement and death,and accounts for about one-third of the total global deaths.Electro Cardio Gram(ECG)is the most common method to diagnose heart diseases.The traditional hospital monitoring equipment and the portable monitoring devices on the market usually monitor heart diseases by monitoring a single electric signal.However some problems exists,for example,only heart diseases that organic disorders have happened can be diagnosed by ECG,while the combination of ECG,heart sounds and pulse can be more comprehensive to judge the heart and vascular health.Aiming at the deficiency of single ECG monitoring of heart,a multi-parameter remote monitoring system is designed in this paper to achieve a more comprehensive health care for the heart.The overall design of the system is put forward based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the system and the comparison of the research status of domestic and foreign mobile ECG monitoring system.The system is divided into three parts,including acquisition unit of multiple physiological parameters,Android client and cloud server.The circuit of multiple physiological parameters acquisition unit is designed by using CC2540 microcontroller.The tasks of the multiple physiological parameters acquisition unit,including signal acquisition task and Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE)communication task,are written on the OSAL operating system of CC2540.The application on Android is written by Java language and MVC framework,which has realized the BLE communication between Android client and multi physiological parameter acquisition unit,and has completed the functions,such as display,storage,deletion and upload.To store the three kinds of physiological signals,a data warehouse on Sina cloud server has been created.An experimental platform of multi-parameter cardiac remote monitoring system based on Android platform was established,and the experimental results show that the received data can be found in the client’s specified directory,indicating that the Android client can communicate with multiple physiological parameters acquisition unit through BLE.The waveform diagram drawn by the client is consistent with that drawn by the data acquisition unit.The data can be uploaded to the cloud server through the client application,indicating that the system can be used for remote monitoring of the heart.Finally,it realizes the functions of ECG,heart sound and pulse signal acquisition and remote transmission.The design of multi-parameter cardiac remote monitoring system based on Android platform possesses the merits of low power consumption,convenient carrying,simple operation,etc.The system combines ECG,heart sounds and pulse signals to monitor the heart,which makes up for the lack of monitoring the heart by using a single ECQ realizes the comprehensive monitoring for the health status of the heart and blood vessels,helps the medical research of the internal relationship between the three kinds of signals and heart,blood vessels and blood pressure,and is conducive to the development of mobile medical technology.
