At present, the domestic solar panels generally placed in the roof or open, the surface would easy adhere to dust, sundries, corrosive substances in the air. These contaminants seriously affect the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar panels. This will not only lead to a decline in its power, and even damage the components and cause property damage. Moreover, the current state of the solar cell panel can not be remotely monitored.The user can not monitor the state of solar panels remotely in real time.To solve the above problem, this thesis presents the preparation of self-cleaning solar panels and the design and realization of remote monitoring system. On the one hand, through the preparation of nano-diamond self-cleaning film to improve the self-cleaning effect of solar panels, it can ensure the efficient operation of solar panels, and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency. On the other hand, to provide users with a way to remotely monitor the running state of solar panels, it can improve the stability of solar panels. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The nano-diamond self-cleaning film was prepared by sol gel method. And the nano silicon carbide films prepared by sol gel method and the nano silicon carbide films prepared by pulsed laser deposition were compared.And through the V-I test of the solar cell, the self-cleaning effect of the nano film was verified.(2)The monitoring system based on STC89C52 chip is designed, including hardware selection, peripheral circuit design, software design. And the use and production of physical simulation test can verify its feasibility.(3)The host computer software based on Java is designed, including MySQL database design, based on the swing toolkit user interface module design, based on severlet technology and the Tomcat server Android communication module design and the design of serial communication module based on RXTX project. The program will make use of virtual serial port PC software co-simulation with Proteus, and the physical model testing.(4)The Android Application is designed. It is based on XML interface layout design and based on Java software function realization. The Application communicated with PC server through Internet, and simulated with Proteus, and the physical model testing.Based on the above research work, the preparation of self-cleaning solar panels and the design and realization of remote monitoring system is completed finally, the solar panels to improve the efficiency and security, achieve real-time remote monitoring of solar panels.
