Along with our country in various fields, the full implementation of energy conservation and emissions reduction policy for building energy consumption index of tougher standards, to promote the innovation and development of building energy efficiency technology, accelerate the development of green building in China. In modern architecture, due to the improvement of electrification degree, lead to electrical energy consumption of building energy consumption ratio increasing, so how to improve the construction of the electrical energy utilization has become a key research direction of building energy efficiency. Building electrical design not only in building construction phase plays a role of guidance electrical equipment installation, and control of the building energy consumption in actual use stage play a decisive role. Electrical design whether meet the requirements of review includes two aspects, on the one hand is the function of the electrical design can meet customer requirements, on the other hand is the electrical design is in line with the national policy and related electrical specification requirements. Energy-saving electrical design, therefore, is inseparable from the continuous improvement of the national policy to promote and related electrical specification. Understanding of building energy conservation area has earlier abroad, and in the development process of the rich practical experience, the development of green building assessment system has been perfect. The time in the understanding and attaches great importance to the building energy efficiency in China lags far behind foreign countries, on the one hand is the lack of building energy saving technology in our country, on the other hand, relevant codes and standards are not updated timely. Today, China’s green building evaluation criterion has been widely promotion and recognition, in thefuture there will be more and more energy-efficient buildings appear in China.This article through to building electrical energy saving design, put forward the effective method to reduce building energy consumption. The research content for the three aspects, including: transformer energy-saving design, lighting energy saving design, central air conditioning system energy saving control design.Transformer energy-saving design on the choice of the transformer with amorphous alloy transformer, on the operation of the transformer with the method of transformer parallel operation, through the study of the reasonable combination of transformer transformer to achieve the best energy-saving effect. Lighting energy-saving design using LED as light source, and the layout of function rooms adopt different lamps and lanterns, in terms of lighting control, generally used intelligent lighting control scheme, make the use of lamps and lanterns to maximize efficiency. In the design of central air-conditioning system energy saving control, respectively for freezing and cooling pump frequency conversion transformation and realize automatic control.Finally, a five-star hotel in Jilin province original electrical design scheme and the energy consumption is studied, using electrical energy saving design scheme proposed in this paper, the electrical energy saving design scheme with the hotel original electrical design scheme were analyzed, it is concluded that the proposed design with energy saving electric energy conservation effect.
