With the continuous development of social economy, the development ofbuildings is an important index to reflect the development of the city, the cityresidents production, life play an important function in service, has a profound impacton the local environment change, culture inherited and developed and the progress ofscience and technology. However, in the social total energy consumption ratio ofbuilding energy consumption is quite large, further exacerbated the contradictionbetween energy supply and demand Chinese. Building energy efficiency is the majorstrategic measures for sustainable development of our national economy, is animportant part of building a resource conserving, environment-friendly society; at thesame time, along with the policies and regulations, technical standards for theeffective promulgated, effectively push forward the development of building energysaving.The building has long been the main place which the people live and workpurposes. Along with the social civilization progress and development, residentialusers for the construction of functional requirements continue to increase, and theconsumption of energy resources is growing, the world’s energy about1/3ofconsumption in the construction field, which will seriously affect the economicdevelopment and the green, sustainable growth. So the design and research of greenbuilding projects is very important in energy saving technology.This article mainly from the domestic and foreign research status of greenbuilding and energy saving technology, mainly discusses the following contents: oneis the positioning and planning the basic situation of the project; two is theclassification and energy saving system of building energy consumption; three is the study and design of energy saving technology; four is the design of key energy-savingsystem, mainly in external wall insulation system, window system, external shadingsystem, temperature and humidity independent control system, new energy utilizationsystem and intelligent control system; five is a center for the project example, thecomprehensive design of energy saving system; and then discusses the control pointsof the control points and the operation construction phase of building energy-savingtechnology in the project.
