In the current our country’s housing industrialization, must be prepared to quality management, so as to make the national economy sustained, stable and healthy development.This paper analyzes the process of housing industrialization development in China and the status quo, summed up the current housing industrialization in our country are faced with the problem, especially in the housing industrialization project quality management are faced with the problem. Housing industrialization in our country were put forward.
