With the development of the nuclear-powered, people pay more attention to the security of the nuclear-powered. The continuous running of the whole nuclear-powered requires every component of it fulfilling continuously running .In another words, the life span of the whole system is depended on the life span of the component and less than the lest life span of the system. With the prospering of the reliability theory, we often transfer the resolving of the problem of life span into analyzing the reliability of the object. It is difficult for us to find a mathematic function existed to explain the relation ship between the parameters of the load factor and the life spsan, we had to establish a mathematic model to explain the relation ship between the parameters of the load factor and the life span. What's more, it is impossible for us to collect the data of the object in real situation because of the dangerous of the nuclear-powered ,we had to collect the data relying on simulation in laboratory .When we get the parameters of the life span of object in laboratory ,we can calculate the life span of the object in the real situation .The life span of the object is equal to the time from the starting using to the failure of the object , so we call the life span failure time .If we establish the laboratory situation exactly as the nuclear-powered ,it will take us too much time (more than 10000 hours ) and cost too much money. It can't fit the requirement of the development of the project .We had to find a new way to complete the data collecting in a shorter time. Through studying the theory of the reliability and the failure ,we get the conclusion that experimentation for invalidation is always used to test the reliability of the instrument .However ,the life span of the electric-heater used in nuclear powered is too long ,the experimentation with the actual time will waste too much time and energy of humans .We had to find a new way to perform the experimentation in shorter time and we call this kind of experimentation accelerated failure life span experimentation. The paper is mainly discuss the experimentation for the acceleration of the life span of the electric-heater of the nuclear-powered. Firstly, the paper explain the perform of the nuclear powered and the function of the electric-heater .Then the paper explain the quality requirement and the principium of invalidation or failure of the electric-heater .At last explain the equipment ,methods ,process of the experimentation and analyze the data got from the experimentation by using PowerBuilder and Matlab...
