As an important engineering mechanical equipment, truck crane is moving in the direction of large tonnage and intelligent, and its electric control system is becoming increasingly complex. According to the difficult problem of stability, micro-mobility, security, monitoring and fault diagnosis existed in a truck crane control system, this paper takes QY130E truck crane as example to research the achievement of design and control for electrical system.Based on the design method of modern electro-hydraulic control system in this paper, demand analysis is carried out on the vehicle control system, the selection of the hardware and the construction of the vehicle control system architecture are accomplished as well and finally the 130 tons of truck crane control system design is implemented.In this paper, closed loop control of the basic actions is realized by software control module, which has solved the problem of stability and micro-mobility in control systems. Hardware protection of the external circuit is realized by load moment limiter, and soft cut-off protection of timely controller’s output is realized through judgment of safety logical by software controlling, which has solved the problem of security. Through the analysis of the actual control system, the operation interface of control system and fault-diagnosis system are emphatically optimized to achieve a more rational, user-friendly interactive interface.Finally the control system simulation, debugging and real-vehicle test are realized. The results have shown that the vehicle response performances are normal, which ultimately achieves the desired design requirements and goals. The development successes means electro-hydraulic control technology for medium and large-tonnage truck crane can be developed independently, which lays a foundation for the future product development.
