Since the 1990 s,a big country distributed the X-band phase-controlled radar as the core of the missile defense system in East Asia,which formed a search,detection,identification,tracking as one of the radial radar network.It is a serious threat to China's national security.In order to improve our defense capacity and safeguard national security,the development of China's radar interference technology has become inevitable.However,it is the core of the development of radar jamming technology in various countries.However,it is widely used in the field of radar jamming technology,which is widely used in the field of radar interference.An external energy emission device for continuous emission of small light targets(passive interference media)is developed in this paper.Passive interference medium emission technology different from the traditional,the transmitting device using the gas has a protective effect on the interference medium of transmission,the use of simple structure,reliable automated continuous feeding,launch shell etc..According to the analysis of technical requirements of gas continuous emission light target device and the design demand,put forward the principle scheme and overall scheme,design of continuous feeding,continuous emission,transmission,control,dynamic seal,eight subsystems,and the continuous feeding,emission,back shell and transmission subsystem is designed and the detailed calculation.In order to get the gas continuous emission characteristics of each moving small target motion device and light load condition,the performance prediction emission device,the overall structure of the design of the Adams virtual prototype,and on this basis for bombs,emission and transmission system kinematics and dynamics simulation and analysis.According to the dynamic simulation results,Ansys analysis and checking of the parts subjected to stress and impact are carried out.Based on the virtual prototype simulation results of the continuous small light target launching device,the optimum parameters matching and lifting position of the lifting hook of the moving parts of each moving element are optimized.Orthogonal experimental method is used to optimize the design of the upper elastic transmission mechanism.The optimum combination of structural parameters is determined,and the optimization results are verified.The natural frequency and modal analysis of the launcher are carried out in Ansys to study its vibration characteristics.The function test of the bomb,emission and transmission system principle prototype is designed in this thesis.Experimental results show that the motion transmitting device of each subsystem is flexible and can smoothly complete their respective functions,meet the technical requirements.The utility model has the advantages of compact structure,strong adaptability,portability of different interference media,adjustable speed and long time continuous emission,and has reference value for the development of the passive interference technology in china.
