Design And Production Of Power Amplifier Circuit For Auto Sound System Based On Practical Teaching

Sound system is an important part of modern auto, which is of special significance in enhancing the driving and riding pleasure of cars. People would like to enjoy unique feeling when using cars, so the sound system plays certain role in adjusting the drivers’ feeling. Therefore, it is of important significance in teaching of Auto sound system, as well as the practice of their elements.The design and manufacture of Auto sound system, power amplifier circuit as an undergraduate school practice teaching is an important module, how to make the mechanical and electrical professional students to master and can be used to develop more suitable for Auto sound system, the power amplifier circuit and so on is a focus of undergraduate training. In this paper, based on the work practice, through to the existing Auto amplifier module research practice teaching, combining with the teaching content,design the suitable for Auto audio power amplifier circuit experiment teaching practice module, and demonstrates the feasibility in the practice teaching experiment module in detail.In this paper, main research directions are formulated based on the design of overall experimental scheme and the module design important components for Auto sound system,namely the time teaching experiment for design and production of amplifier circuit unit module. This paper conducts in-depth exploration on the quality of relevant important components, such as MP3 and the encoding, decoding, limitation of audio. In addition, this paper designs the initial hardware affecting the system; conducts comprehensive and in-depth study on the design of initial power amplifier circuit and associated production experiments; conducts systematic research and design of debugging module and troubleshooting, etc., and puts forward specific countermeasures for the problems encountered during teaching practices and design.
