| Advanced and applicable teaching experiment equipment is the need to cultivate high quality mechanical and electrical integration skills.With the continuous development of mechatronics technology and wide application,the demand for high quality and mechanical and electrical integration technology is becoming more and more high,which objectively requires us to strengthen the cultivation of such talents.This paper analyzes the current teaching situation of our country’s mechanical and electrical engineering and the requirements of the teaching experiment equipment.At the same time,the paper puts forward a design scheme of FMS system which is close to the actual mechanical and electrical products.FMS(Me093399)is a unified information control system,material storage and transportation system and a set of digital control processing equipment,can adapt to the processing of the automatic mechanical manufacturing system(Manufacturing),System.It is a complex technology,high-speed and automation system,the technology of microelectronics,computer and systems engineering organically,ideal and circular solved successfully machinery manufacturing the contradiction between high automation and high flexibility.This paper on the basis of the introduction of the flexible system,don’t to feed unit,stamped with the seal of the unit,wearing a pin unit,processing unit and telescopic unit are introduced.At last,it analyzes the concrete application of modular flexible manufacturing system in practice.This paper on the mechanical and electrical integration flexible system each module mechanical structure and electrical parts analysis,and through the concrete to the stacker warehouse unit implemented in practice,the design of this project,let the students to deepen the understanding of machine,electricity,gas,the integration technology and improve the students’ innovation ability and Engineering practice ability,and ultimately improve the students ability to solve analytical problems exist in practical engineering. |
