It’s very important to find experiment payload for the future exploration to deep space,we must spend more money and time to explore experiment payload when new problems is coming. In order to ensure that new device can meet their technical indexs and show good performances, we must counter experiment’s working state, controlling process, loading capability and so on to launch a series of early detection. So if we can design a common ground detection system in our space science experiments,it will become particularly important to test experiment payload of space science experiments.This article designed a measurement and control system based on MCU. According to the task of the SJ10, current load simulation system is a main power for integrated electronic control device when we debugging power. Its main task is to test the load capacity of the electrical control device. This system is based on a standard protocol named MODBUS to exchange information,using STC Micro-control unit as the main controller, hardware development language is C language, at the same time using the C # language we develop a PC software. System have very high requirement about Real-Time display and data Storage, when we set current value,the system use the.NET Framework 2.0 Serial Port activex to communication,in order to simplify the program flow and improve development efficiency. Using Teechart activex can drawing,at the same time,Data Grid View activex also can very easy to data displaying.In order to better maintenance and management system, we design Data Base Management System, It is very to query and manage historical data. The system which is easily controlled has the characteristics of real-time and graphical display. The system which is easily controlled and used, mutual communication between the lower computer and PC was realized.
