Due to rapid economic growth, recent years have seen a dramatic rise of enterprises and residents electricity consumption, by comparison, the development of power grids and power plants are slow, which results in power shortage in many regions. Because of above, power company's focus converts "power shut-down and supply restricting" to "Power Utility Orderly and Peak-time staggering", so it's important to take means to supervise, manage and control the demand-side power utility.In this thesis, a new generation of the load management system terminal was designed based on above power supply condition. This terminal can monitor and record the electricity consumption of power demand-side, the change of load, and behavior of power-utility, and then transmit all the data to master station, all the data will be used as basic data to power supply enterprises, which use the data to balance power grid supply-demand relation, to enhance power utilization efficiency, to reduce the power grid strains, and to ensure the power grid secure. Even when the power imbalance between supply and demand is easing, the load management system will still play an important role in distributing power resources, in leading users to avoid peak-time, in optimizing power utility mode, and in enhancing efficiency of power utilization.The hardware and software of the new terminal are discussed in the paper. Hardware platform is based on AVR Single Chip, special energy metering chip is adopted as AC sampling circuit, severalanti-maloperation technology is used in data output designing, speech chip using true human recorder is used to voice alarm. Software platform is based on uC/OSII embedded real-time operation system, software design accords with principal of layered and modular design.Now the terminal according with relevant state standards has been successfully developed, and is running stably and reliably in many regions of the country operation, all these proves that the system has excellent performance and has achieved the expected goal. |
