Under the actual operating conditions of the valve,the leakage caused by seal failure at the packing place often occurs,and there is still a lack of effective real-time detection method in this field.For this purpose,this paper invented the gas medium valve packing leakage real-time detection method.The leakage gas medium passes through the ionic liquid to generate bubbles.Ultrasonic bubble sensor is used to detect bubbles.Relevant programs are prepared to process signals.Data storage and transmission are realized through the cloud server,and the leakage amount of valve gas is detected in real time.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)A real-time packing leakage detection system was developed based on ATmega48 microcontroller.The system receives sensor signals and calculates the leakage amount by counting the number of low level signals generated in unit time.Data transmission is achieved by GPRS232 module,the data uploaded to the remote ali cloud server,to achieve the intelligent online monitoring of valve packing leakage.The experimental results show that leak gas flow detection limit of 2 ml/min,tilt Angle of the ionic liquid pipe must not exceed 5 °?The gas leakage is within the range of 0.1ml/min to 2ml/min,and the sampling time step of the single-chip microcomputer should be set to 30 seconds.(2)Regarding the monitoring system,we designed the power supply circuit,the sound and light alarm circuit,the level conversion circuit,the procedure download circuit and so on.According to the functional requirements,the function modules of hardware initialization,timing/counting,US ART serial port,EEPROM data reading and writing are designed and written.On the Server side,I developed a set of desktop applications based on.net,received the data sent by mobile APP and devices,built SQL Server database,and stored the data leaked by devices.(3)The actual leakage of valve is simulated in the laboratory to test the equipment detection accuracy.The experimental results show that the gas leakage is within the range of O.lml/min to 2ml/min,and the error between the gas leakage detected in this paper and the actual leakage rate is no more than 5%.
