With people’s economic development and living quantity improving, people put forward higher requirements for transportation enterprise operate service standard. Urban rail transit as a convenient means of transportation becomes the primary travel choices. Train diagram provides the basis for the whole way organizing train operation, playing an important role for urban rail transit train operating efficiency. Suited train operation plan and convenient and efficient train operation adjustment program is the core of train diagram of the system.Based on the results of previous studies, combining of optimization theory and artificial intelligence theory, urban rail transit train diagram system was studied deeply. Specific studies include the following aspects:1. A more complete train diagram simulation system was designed and implemented. Through analysis of functional requirements and port requirements of train diagram simulation system, the system structure, the interface structure and system interfaces of train diagram system was preliminary designed, on this basis, the system was divided into diagram generating module, diagram regulation module and other system modules to detailed design.2. In the design of diagram establishment module, firstly, the system requirements analysis and overall design was made and a block train diagram generating model based on the optimization theory was established. This model was a multi-objective optimization model, which used passengers travel costs and business operating profit as the optimization target. Then used the model to achieve the optimal plan diagram establishment, at the same time implemented design of the selection of already exist plan diagram sub-module and the testing of plan diagram sub-module. Finally, through examples to verify’the optimality of the plan diagram obtained through the model.3. In the design of diagram adjustment module, firstly, the system requirements analysis and overall design was made and three adjustment models of train diagram was established according to different adjustment accuracy. Three models was multi-objective optimization model which used the minimum of total late time, the minimum station interval time deviation and attract the highest number of passengers as the optimization objective. Then, methods based on genetic algorithm to solve the models were designed and optimized models from the perspective of the timeliness of the algorithm, introduced the concept of optimal adjustment method database, proposed adjustment optimization model which combined offline and online. Finally, used the model to achieve optimal adjustment of train diagram, through examples to verify the method was optimal.4. In the design of the rest system modules, the system initialization module, diagram display module, diagram transfer module, diagram detection module and database module was design and implement.
