Management Of University Construction Quality

With China’s sustained economic development, comprehensive national strength has been continuously enhanced level of national science education are constantly attention, investment in education is also increasing, projects are more and more colleges and universities, this type of project construction has a very important significance for society as a whole has a great influence, so universities project more and more attention in the community. If there is a problem or a university building a security risk, will have very serious consequences because universities buildings as public buildings, for the use of the majority of the students and teachers in the school life of the construction process, the higher the intensity of the officers, if there are problems, it will bring very serious loss of life and property. In recent years, colleges and universities often appear construction quality problems, more and more people began to focus on the quality of such work. So choose the object of study for the project universities, research its quality management aspects, to ensure the construction of a high level of engineering colleges is important.In this thesis, research conducted on the premise, objectives, the importance of doing some explanation, and then describes the current situation and the general process of development of the art in research. Secondly, this paper expounds in principle of basic theory on project quality management and control, with its methods of work in details. Thirdly, the mail building project of the Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology is taken as an example, for introducing how to apply the theory of project quality management and control. Especially, this paper makes a detailed description of the quality control team using PDCA circulation applied to construction of ten new technology and stage of the decoration. Finally, this paper makes a conclusion to the quality management of the university at present, with the prospect of the university construction project follow-up on quality management.
