Carbon fiber is light weight, high strength, durability and other characteristics, is an ideal reinforcement and prestressing materials, in recent years gained more and more widely used in reinforcement and repair of engineering structures. Prestressed carbon fiber reinforcement technology, new materials technology and prestressed technology combined with a strengthening effect, fast and convenient construction, etc., has become a hot topic of many universities and research institutes.So far, prestressed carbon fiber reinforcement technology has been studied more, but less common prestressing level, strength carbon fiber utilization is not high. In order to improve the reinforcement effect, it is necessary to increase the amount of carbon fiber reinforced and prestressed tension necessary to raise the level of carbon fiber.For this reason the development of this project can be applied to multiple layers of carbon fiber reinforced waveform anchor, design and production of the same batch of three-piece 7.2m concrete T beam, T beam whichever two were carried out single and double prestressed carbon fiber board reinforcement, prestressed tension level of carbon fiber is also high(1500 ~ 2000MPa), and a load test and finite element numerical simulation, the following conclusions:① Applied to the single layer of carbon fiber reinforced T prestressed beam specimen 2000 Mpa applied 1500 Mpa to double carbon fiber reinforced prestressed T beam specimen, high prestressed CFRP plate reinforced concrete beam flexural improve its performance a significant effect, the greater the prestressing reinforcement specimen of the beam itself cracking load, yield load, ultimate load to enhance the space, the higher the prestress exerted on the strength of the higher utilization of CFRP plate.② High prestressed CFRP plate reinforced concrete beams help improve the rigidity and slow down the rise in the shaft section and improved stress distribution section, full use of the various properties of the materials.③ Test data analysis and finite element simulation show that, in good working condition at the binder, the reinforcing beams of various stages of the force, tensile strain growth reinforced with CFRP plate are basically the same, in line with the plane section assumption.④ As a result of the end of the high waveform anchor prestressed CFRP sheet anchored, anchored reliable, does not appear during the test release of carbon fiber sheet damage phenomenon, the phenomenon of major damage to the carbon fiber broken wires. Test phenomenon so long as the ends of the anchor and reliable, then the possibility of carbon fiber peeling is greatly reduced.⑤ Herein built model can simulate the force of prestressed carbon fiber reinforced beam characteristics for the test analysis, engineering design to provide better research tools, but also for the future of high prestressed CFRP plate reinforced reinforcement actual budget the effect of providing a reliable model basis.More research can bridge reinforcement provided good reference value, and to provide prestressed carbon fiber reinforcement member numerical analysis models and methods.
