As the proportion of bridge construction in urban planning is increasing,thereinforcement of the bridge engineering is becoming more and more important.Thereinforcements of bridge include capacity and crack reinforcement.Choosing anappropriate reinforcement method to reinforce a bridge can effectively save themoney,manpower and material resources.Concrete structures strengthened with pastingcarbon fiber reinforced plastic sheet (CFS) and rivets anchoring steel plate is a newretrofit method,which is an mature technique and is widely used in the field of civilengineering.As the good mechanical behavior, low cost and constructibility, the prestressedhollow slab beam have been built all over China in these years.It was always hanpen thattransverse through cracks were found in the floor beam-end.Based on the disease,it takesthe testing research on shear load bearing capacity of prestressed beam slab whichreinforced with pasting carbon fiber reinforced plastic sheet (CFS) and rivets anchoringsteel plate. This test introduces:Choose four same batch prestressed beam pasting carbonfiber reinforced plastic sheet (CFS) labs of a bridge,include an intact one and threediseased ones which have the same cracks in them,then choose two diseased beams toreinforced with pasting carbon fiber reinforced plastic sheet (CFS) and rivets anchoringsteel plate respectively.Make a comparative study on the development of the originalcrack,inclined section stress value and deflection value under the normal load and failureload,then find out the cracks of beam reinforced increased slower than the ones of beamunreinfroced,and the result of beam strengthened with CFRP is better. finally, simulatingthe beam intact and beam has cracks and beam has cracks with pasting carbon fiberreinforced plastic sheet (CFS) byANSYS to verify the test results.
