Bending member strengthened fast by prestressed CFRP sheets is a high-speed and effect technique, which applying prestress on CFRP sheets by WSGG reinforcing bearing capacity of normal cross section of bending member. Nonlinear simulation analysison is carried out on the strengthening technique through ANSYS finite element program, the main work and achievement are summarized below:Adopting prestressed consolidation technology with CFRP sheets anchoraged externally, CFRP sheets and structure surface are not bonded. Four T-RC beam in the test of full size, with CFRP sheets commonly glued and CFRP sheets prestressed externally by WSGG including primary and secondary load , have been done by our research group. The main study of nonlinear simulation analysison by ANSYS finite element program are as follows:â‘ This article probes into simulation analysis method with ANSYS program, solves the contact problem between prestressed CFRP sheets and concrete beam and resolves the boundary constraint problem of concrete beam. The convergence of simulation analysison is improved by using unit division of appropriate size, reasonable convergence criterion and calculating method.â‘¡Simulation analysis on four T-RC strengthened beam in the test of full size is performed. Compared with the experimental results, the simulation results including yield load, ultimate load and load-deflection curve is satisfactory. All these comparison analyses prove that the simulation analysis method in this paper is effective.â‘¢Using the simulation analysis method verified by test beams, the article studys on multiple factors affecting on strengthening effect of WSGG system, mainly involving the distance between the centerline of CFRP sheets and neutral axis of strengthened beams, and involving the corresponding relationship between strengthening quantity of middle segment and initial prestressed degree of side segment. major conclusions are showed: 1,The centerline of CFRP sheets are suitably located outside the core range of beam section for better strengthening effect; 2,To make full use of CFRP's intensity, the strengthening quantity and initial prestressed degree of different beam segment could be adjusted by WSGG. That's also the unique advantages of this strengthening method by CFRP sheets prestressed based on WSGG system.
