Test Research Of The Anchorage Performance Of The WSGG Anchor For Great Amount Of CFRP Sheet

CFRP sheet is good material in reinforcement project.Anchoring technology decides if the CFRP sheet can be widely used.There are many technical shortcomings in the common method of reinforcing construction with CFRP sheet, and it's difficult to achieve desired result by this method.The technology of reinforcing construction rapidly with the prestressed CFRP sheet anchoring by WSGG (Wave-shaped-gear-grip) anchor ,which is proposed by our team,has solved the problem of anchoring CFRP sheet.This technology includes perstressing and anchoring CFRP sheet. The anchoring CFRP sheet technology is the remarkable characteristic why the WSGG anchor is better than the other technique applied to CFRP sheet.Both at home and abroad,the amount of prestressed CFRP sheet was very small in the study of reinforcing construction.The reson is that it's difficult to anchor CFRP sheet in the case of small amount ,not to mention geat amount. Due to the amount of CFRP sheet has been raised, one more complicated test anchor is needed. The anchorage performance of the WSGG anchor anchoring a great amount of CFRP sheet was researched, and the test equipment and method was improved step by step in the test. At the same time, different from anchoring a small amount of CFRP sheet ,it's more important to ensure the safety of fastening bolts in the case of anchoring a great amount of CFRP.The bolts'axial fastening force has been discussed from both theory and experiment. Based on the analysis of the bolts'axial fastening force and the common ways for the WSGG anchor anchoring CFRP sheet to loss effect , the design method of the WSGG anchor has been put forward initially.It's concluded from the test and analysis result that the WSGG anchor can anchor a great amount of CFRP sheets reliably. In order to get good performance for the WSGG anchor anchoring CFRP sheet, it must meet the requirement of the enough anchoring length, the effective dovetail combination between CFRP and WSGG, the adequate preliminary pressure and so on.
