Along with the fast development of our country economy, the high grade highway construction develops quickly, and the asphalt pavement is widely used. In recent years, the asphalt pavement has been under the influence of various natural factors and heavy loads, and the early diseases such as asphalt aging, cracking and loose are occurred.. These early damages not only affects pavement ride quality, but also shorten the service life of the road, the maintenance costs increase, form the adverse social impact, asphalt pavement maintenance problem is becoming more and more prominent. In this paper, the asphalt pavement is studied, and the pavement performance and pre curing technology of asphalt pavement are studied systematically from the early damage of asphalt pavement.. The main contents of this thesis are as follows.This paper detailed analysis the asphalt pavement early damage phenomenon and reasons, has discussed the pavement surface distress rating, on the high grade highway asphalt pavement traffic data collection methods, equipment and sampling frequency, comprehensive analysis of the pavement performance of the individual indexes. In Guizhou Province new high-speed relying on the project, the pavement early disease investigation, through the data consolidation analysis, found that rut, crack, surface damage(pits, pit) the destruction as the main disease types. In the analysis of the usage performance of each single index evaluation of asphalt pavement based, combined with the main types of the diseases of the pavement, is proposed for use in high grade highway asphalt pavement performance evaluation index system. According to the pavement performance characteristics, from pavement distress, road surface smooth degree, pavement anti slide performance, road quality, pavement structure bearing capacity of five aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of pavement performance. Because each of the factors on the road use performance of is not the same, according to damage characteristics of relying on the project, using the weighted average method, improve the pavement performance comprehensive evaluation method and comprehensive reflection of the various factors of pavement use performance of the. The pavement performance of the pavement is easily observed and measured, and it is one of the evaluation indexes for highway maintenance evaluation.. At present, the lack of some of China’s road maintenance data, and gray theory has less original data, simple calculation and high precision of prediction. Therefore, this paper to gray theory established pavement rutting recent grey forecasting model, and to all the new high-speed rutting prediction, forecast error is small, the precision is high. Because of the gray theory to predict the recent data with high precision and accuracy of data forward low, combined with RBF neural network approximation ability and the classification ability, establish the chaotic neural network model of long-term rutting prediction model, to prevent nursing maintenance measures to provide data to support the. The preventive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement is analyzed, and the effect of thin layer and ultra thin asphalt concrete on pavement performance is studied..
