The Design Of Enterprise Pavilion And Public Buildings Of Qian Hai Zone In Shen Zhen

In order to meet the need of companies located in Qianhai Cooperation zone, Shenzhen Vanke take the position as the building investor of enterprise-pavilion and public buildings of Qianhai Area of Shenzhen city. The authorities of Shenzhen city refers to the experience of Silicon valley, using BOT model to open up the development of the enterprise mansion, the conference center, the trading floor and temporary ecological park, create a "Experimental Area" of the way of life and work for those who come here in the future.(According to the strategy of construction and development in 2013-2015 made by the Qianhai Economic Cooperation Zone Authority)This paper introduce the whole design process of the Qianhai Enterprise Dream Park, it contains four parts:the project overview, the project research, the architecture design and the technical drawings. The first part mainly introduces the background of this design and conditions of master plan; the second part is about the analysis of the plan and pondering process of the building shape; the third part mainly discuss the form and function of the plan as well as the surface and construction of the building, this paper mainly expound the research of the building shape in the project research and material and structure design about "street in the light" and "lane in the rain " in the architecture design. The whole thesis contains about 9450 words,39 pictures and charts.
