Research On The Design Of The Pavilion In The Mountain Scenic Area Based On GIS

Pavilion as one of the most attractive architectural form in Chinese classical garden architectural art, has the characteristics of Chinese construction and integrats practicability and beauty. It has a long history, and its function, form and style also changes with the changes of The Times. The volume of pavilion is not large, but it has variety of modeling, and is also widely used especially in mountain scenic area. This article takes the pavilion of mountain scenic area as the mainly research object, from the angle of landscape architecture design uses the literature review, field investigation, the GIS and case analysis to search the design method of pavilion in the mountain scenic area and make generalizations. The main research content of this article is as follows:(1) This article uses GIS technology to the pavilion’s location. According to the construction condition and the functional requirements of the pavilion, the influence factors to construct a pavilion in the mountain scenic area will be divided into the slope, hydrology, landscape sensitivity and the distance of tourist routes. Through the quantitative analysis of four factors based on GIS, we can give a different grade referred to the suitable scope and give the corresponding assignment, and use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine the weight of each influence factor in the pavilion’s location. By GIS overlay analysis, we can get the score of suitability in pavilion’s location.(2) Based on the location of the pavilion, the article analyzes the characteristics of layout, architectural form, dimension scale and material structure in the mountain scenic area. According to the functions and characteristics of the pavilion in mountain scenic area, the layout forms can be divided into scattered point, tandem, progressive and core. We can also summarize the differences of architectural form of the pavilion in different mountain scenic area by analyzing the character of the pavilion, and analyze the structure of the Chinese traditional wooden pavilion.(3) Combined with the case of Hunan dongan shunhuang mountain national forest park, we can research the applicability of the design method in the mountain scenic area, and use the GIS to the pavilion’s location of shunhuang mountain scenic spot. Through the GIS, we can evaluate the situation of pavilions in the forest park, analyzes layout and architectural form of status quo pavilions, and put forward rationalization proposals to the construction of the pavilion in mountain scenic area.
