Research On The Evaluation Of Construction Project Management Work Quality

Since the implementation of construction project management system, construction engineering management has experienced pilot, promotion, mandatory and marketization process in our country. And as a kind of basic construction the construction management program got rapid development, construction management companies and management engineer carrying out "three controls, two managements, one coordination" works in the engineering have obtained the obvious result and the role of management engineer in the project management has been recognized by the government and public. However, due to construction management work is a high IQ social services, service level of the management presents the uneven problem. High or low qualities of work depends entirely on individual factors, which lead to project management work with many problems or not.Firstly, the paper introduces the basic concept of management and construction project management, and researches the quality of the construction project management, central task and the development process, further analysis the connotation of construction project management work quality to form the object of evaluation in this paper, thus the concept model of construction project management work quality evaluation is constructed. Analysis of literature and discussing internally, the paper establishes a construction project management work quality evaluation index system, and determines index weights under the method of hierarchical weighted decision analysis. Comparing the mathematical model of the evaluation methods to evaluate every index more objectively, fuzzy comprehensive assessment method in fuzzy mathematics is selected to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of construction project management quality work. Connecting with the instance for the application of this evaluation model, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness and applicability of construction project management work quality evaluation model in the practical project application.
