When running over the cement concrete pavement, vehicles will encounter much vibration because of the uneven surface and irregular pit slots. Vehicles will cause pretty much impact effect on the pavement while vibrating, which enlarges the applied stress on the pavement and basement layers. As a result, the pavement is broken down owing to fatigue. Thus, the service life of the pavement is cut down. Based on this phenomenon, this paper raises the proposal of adding an isolated layer between the surface and the basement layer of the cement concrete pavement for the purpose of remitting the impact effect on the pavement when the vehicles are running over it and thus playing a role of vibration reduction and buffering. Different traffic area in perfect condition which isolation layer can effectively protect the road, there is no standard. This paper through to the existing damping cushion performance of several insulation materials were analyzed, and concluded that the law of vibration damping buffer.This paper analyzes the mechanism between layers of cement concrete pavement, and use vibration tester made indoor test and outdoor test, respectively. Indoor experiment, the cement concrete slab under different insulation materials for impact test, and the vibration wave records under different conditions. Outdoor test is in Taigu highway section test onsite vibration waveform test on the road, different respectively record the isolation layer in a variety of different vehicle load and speed of cement concrete slab vibration waveform. Through the analysis of the vibration waveform comparison, it is concluded that under the condition of different isolation layer, the vibration attenuation law of cement concrete slab. The results show that after laying geotextile, rubber insulation materials, under impact load, cement concrete slab vibration have obvious relief, isolation layer have a role of vibration reduction and buffering.The engineering practice and research result indicate that with a certain thickness of geotextile and rubber can effectively alleviate the vibration of the cement concrete pavement is affected, absorb the impact force of the surface layer, have vibration reduction effect. Thus, in this paper the research content in isolation layer of cement concrete pavement design and construction of a certain guiding value, in order to further perfect our country cement concrete pavement segregation layer technology provides the scientific basis, eliminate the blindness of isolation layer using in practical project, reduce the project risk, optimize the engineering investment, make the road longer life.
