Running equipments used in operate ship is the origin to cause vibration and noise. Vibration and noise in ship compartment make the working condition bad, and is not good for crew's health and go against ship's stealth and safe navigation. The ship structure vibration and noise control is a complex system problem in engineering, Where machinery equipments'vibration isolation system is an important technology in ship structure vibration and noise control. This paper researches on a certain ship equipment, applying with the ANSYS finite element numerical simulation and experimental measurement to do the analysis and evaluation on vibration reduction effect.First, the model of the Local Structure is established. Do the modal analysis for different forms of installation stand and cabinet structure, considering the relationships between the vibration modal and structure forms. Then based on theory analysis of vibration control, do the optimal design of installation stand and cabinet structure, mainly by changing the scale of cabinet structure and local strengthening of installation stand to achieve the goal of reducing the vibration response.Then dynamic equations about double-layer vibration isolation system and dynamic vibration absorber are derived. The effects of main parameters of double-layer vibration isolation system and dynamic vibration absorber on its isolation characteristics are discussed. The models are established respectively by FEM. Through the FEA, use Insertion Loss and vibration level difference to evaluate the vibration reduction effect.Finally on the basis of finite element analysis in the fore chapters, do the design of the dynamic vibration absorber's actual structure. Then though the experimental measurement, do the evaluation of the vibration reduction effect.Through calculating and analyzing, the following conclusion is finally got: the optimal design of installation stand and cabinet structure, reasonable selection of main parameters of double-layer vibration isolation system and dynamic vibration absorber, can improve the ship equipment's vibration reduction effect to a great extent. Based on the experimental measurement analysis, it's known that adopting different schemes, when we choose appropriate parameters,the vibration reduction effect are improved in different extent. Optimum vibration reduction effect is obtained in the certain condition.
