Cement concrete pavement must remain a seam which makes free water easily penetrated inside the pavement structure, this leads to the rode broking in a short time after the traffic opening. The rode diseases include mud-depositing beb-concaving faulted slabs broken slab and so on. Hydraulics damages in the rode structure caused by free water are the important reasons for pavement diseases. Still water in the pavement structure has not much damage to the rode, but the vehicles especially a lot of the overload vehicles constant running makes the still water be flowing water. What is more, hydrodynamic pressure improves with the speed of the car in a straight line. Under the effect of the dynamic water pressure, the destruction of the base course will become very large. By using indoor simulation experiment, this paper studied the effect of the isolation layer for prevention and control of water damage of cement concrete pavement structure.On the basis of a detailed study of hydraulics damages of cement concrete pavement, and refer to the research at home and abroad, we develop a machine called walk-through pay-off machine for pavement materials anti-scouring performance testing. And we already apply for the patent for utility model for this invention. Using this instrument and other equipment in the laboratory, we perform the experiment such as scour experiment drainage experiment and water seepage experiment on cement-stabilized aggregate mixture substratum cement stabilized stone chips substratum C15 roller compacted lean concrete substratum and lime and fly-ash stabilized substratum in the absence of no isolation layer geotextile isolation layer slurry seal isolation layer and wax curing agent layer. Different isolation layer and the basic situation of indoor experiment shows that isolation layer has the protective effect on the substratum hydraulics damage.The main research results of this paper are as follows:Throughing the scour experiment for comparative analysis of the same substratum different isolation layer, we get the results of different isolation layer of the substratum to protect the basic material to resistance the scour, they grew up in turn as no isolation layer< geotextile isolation layer< slurry seal isolation layer< wax curing agent layer; Throughing the scour experiment for comparative analysis of the different substratum same isolation layer, we get the scour experiment results was lime and fly-ash stabilized substratum> cement stabilized stone chips substratum> cement-stabilized aggregate mixture substratum> C15 roller compacted lean concrete substratum, but in the case of slurry seal isolation laye, cement stabilized stone chips substratum> lime and fly-ash stabilized substratum> cement-stabilized aggregate mixture substratum> C15 roller compacted lean concrete substratum; Throughing the analysis of early scour damage of different substratum, we get that placing the isolation layer can effectively delay the time of scour damage occurs; The drainage experiment and water seepage experiment also prove that isolation layer can control hydraulics failure of pavement structure effectively. Throughing the study of controlling the hydraulics failure of the concrete pavement, we can conclud that the isolation layer for the hydraulic performance of cement concrete pavement has good effect, and has certain guiding significance for the prevention and control of hydraulics on the base of the cement concrete pavement damage in engineering practice.
