The rapid development of underground rail transit has caused a series of environmental vibration and noise pollution problems.Building structures along the rail transit in high intensity areas not only need to solve the problem of vertical vibration exceeding the standard caused by various environmental excitations such as subways,but also need to solve their seismic fortification problems to meet the comfort requirements of residents.This technology that considers both vertical and horizontal vibrations is called the "vibration and seismic dual control" technology.This article proposes a new design method for a vibration and seismic dual control combination device with high energy consumption and high isolation rate,in response to the increasingly urgent demand for isolation and vibration reduction of building structures in high intensity areas.Its isolation(seismic)performance is studied through shaking table experiments and numerical simulation analysis.The main research work and achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)This paper discusses the design concept of vertical vibration isolation based vibration and seismic dual control,and selects a steel spring vibration isolator+damper combination device based on the actual engineering project of a university teaching building in Beijing.The dynamic response analysis is conducted using SAP2000 to study the vibration reduction and isolation performance of the device.The finite element analysis results indicate that the device has good control effect on vertical vibration,but has no seismic isolation effect on horizontal ground motion.(2)Based on the mechanical properties of horizontally sliding vertical steel spring vibration reduction bearings and laminated rubber bearings,a laminated rubber sliding steel spring vibration dual control device is proposed.In the daily use stage of the building structure,the horizontally sliding steel spring vibration isolation bearings bear the upper load and isolate the vertical vibration of the subway.When an earthquake occurs,the sliding steel plate on the steel spring vibration isolation bearings dissipates some of the horizontal seismic motion by sliding,On the other hand,it ensures that steel spring isolation bearings do not undergo significant deformation during earthquakes,ensuring the safety of the building structure.The horizontal seismic motion is mainly borne by laminated rubber bearings.Thus,a new type of vibration and seismic dual control combination device has been formed,which can solve both horizontal seismic vibration and vertical subway vibration.(3)A shaking table test was conducted on a simple frame structure composed of a laminated rubber sliding steel spring vibration dual control device to study the seismic response performance of the vibration dual control combination device under horizontal seismic motion,and to verify the seismic reduction and isolation effect of the vibration dual control combination device.For the vibration effect of vertical subway,finite element simulation analysis method was adopted to conduct numerical simulation analysis on its vibration reduction and isolation effect.The results of shaking table test and numerical simulation analysis show that the laminated rubber sliding steel spring vibration dual control device has good isolation performance,with a reduction of 52% in horizontal acceleration in the X and Y directions,and a reduction of one degree in seismic design of building structures;Under the action of vertical subway vibration,it has good vertical vibration reduction performance,and the maximum frequency division vibration level of vertical vibration acceleration can be reduced by 19.93 d B,with a vibration reduction efficiency of 90%.(4)Using the SAP2000 finite element software,the application of the laminated rubber-slidable steel spring vibration control device is investigated in a practical project.Through the simulations of the uninsulated(vibration)structure and the different vibration isolation(vibration)structures under the same input,it can be seen that the laminated rubber-slidable steel spring vibration dual control device can meet the practical application requirements for the control of horizontal ground vibration and vertical underground vibration,and the vibration isolation effect is better than that of the steel spring vibration isolator +damper combination device. |
